The ophthalmic laboratory has become a Services Center and created an optical cash & carry in the north of Italy
A Services Center in more than 400 square meters and a genuine revolution in the reference segment: Genio Lab has become a kind of large supermarket dedicated to all the products that eye care professionals need for the daily management of their in-house laboratories and/or outlets: frames, ophthalmic lenses, contact lenses and solutions, accessories, optical instruments and counter materials.
Opticians will be able to buy and collect the products they need, thereby saving on deliveries and optimizing times and costs. However, there is more: they will be able to buy products in the quantities they need, without the guaranteed minimums that manufacturers usually impose.
Eye care professionals will also be guided and assisted by Genio Lab employees, a team of specifically trained salespersons, who can give them advice on the products that best meet their needs.
In addition to this innovative cash & carry formula, purchases from the Services Center can also be made online: thanks to a very fast and efficient IT system and simply by inserting a password, even the more distant opticians will be able to check stock availability and make their purchases online.
The new Services Center's offer is completed by the jewel in the company's crown, the ophthalmology laboratory, which has been expanded and totally restructured for the sale, prescription and crafting of lenses, and the assembly of glasses.
Genio Lab has been reinvented to respond tangibly and rapidly to the needs of opticians and demonstrate its ability to interpret and adapt to the demands of an increasingly changing market.
