Beverly Hills was the setting for the most exclusive party in the city: the launch of the new communication campaign for Vogue Eyewear Spring/Summer 2013 collection with internationally-famous actress Eva Mendes. The global launch took place mid-March at Simon House, a splendid California estate with an awesome view of Los Angeles - the perfect background for the glamorous evening.
A guest at the private party was the brand's new face, the beautiful Eva Mendes who was the indisputable star of the evening. Inspired by the colorful theme of the campaign, the fabulous House was turned into Eva's personal residence. For the entire evening, guests were able to enjoy exclusive styling and VIP treatment while finding out about the latest Vogue Eyewear collection. The music at the party was by New Yorker Hannah Bronfman. In recent years, Hannah has rapidly become one of the most sexy DJs on the fashion scene and has brought her love of music and fashion to her work.
The communication campaign starring Eva Mendes includes six visuals in bright colors interpreted by world-famous fashion photographer Mario Testino. In an interplay of the vibrant hues of the eyewear collection and its captivating personality, the campaign encompasses all the charm of the talented actress.
As the new testimonial for Vogue Eyewear, Eva follows in the footsteps of fashion icons Kate Moss and Gisele Bundchen. Eva Mendes, who recently appeared in the highly-acclaimed fantasy movie, Holy Motors, costars with Ryan Gosling and Bradley Cooper in the soon to be released movie The Place Beyond the Pines.
