New De Rigo Vision subsidiary in the USA

De Rigo Vision SpA, the leading company in the eyewear sector at world level, has strengthened its presence in the United States by opening a new subsidiary.

 

Based in Miami, the new De Rigo Vision USA subsidiary is fully owned by the company in Longarone and is already operational. It will handle sales of the Group's sun and vision collections through State-side optical channels.

 

The operation is part of a project aimed at the direct control of distribution in strategic markets and at complementing its presence in the United States, where it is already in partnership with Marr International for the sale of sunglasses collections solely in department and specialty stores.

 

Already in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and South America, De Rigo is accelerating its growth also in the USA. "We now have an attractive portfolio of brands for up-market American consumers looking for prestigious new products" – stated Michele Aracri, CEO of De Rigo Vision SpA – "We are convinced that opening this new direct subsidiary will guarantee that we can take advantage of the important opportunities this country offers".
The sun and vision collections by the De Rigo brands will make their debut in the US optical channel end September.
